No. You can try to get a copy elsewhere -- make sure it's a genuine copy --, however, you won't be able to sign up for a new account.

UPDATE: Right now (11/13/2009 4:44 AM PST), http://download.gizmo5.com/jasmine/ is still available... So, hurry up.... Laughing

Is it your intention that paying users no longer be able to download the client? I purchased this account 12 hours before you stopped accepting new customers, I've yet to even download a client for anything other than my mobile phone.

How exactly am I supposed to "make sure it's a genuine copy"? A compressed 10MB file is going to take a long time read in a disassembler. Laughing

I'd greatly appreciate if you would restore the download site (place it in the members area, if necessary).

The downloads from the above URL are all genuine. Note that you do not really need to use Gizmo's own client to use your credit. You can use any SIP client, such as Twinkle (choose SIPPhone! as the provider).

Most files in the download location mentioned are digitally signed by SIPphone Inc. (i.e. WinGizmo5-4-0-4-386.exe). Just right-click the file, select "Properties" from context menu, and click on the "Digital Signatures" tab to have a check.

However, the download link points to the gizmo5.com domain. So, it's quite obvious that you're downloading genuine software, right?
